What Formidable works with
Formidable is an AI inbound sales agent for B2B websites: it qualifies inbound leads in a conversation and books the meeting. Setup is done for you: one small script on your website, added directly or through Google Tag Manager. From then on Formidable appears right after your sales forms are submitted and starts qualifying. Your reps get the follow-up tasks and the full qualification brief, delivered to them as briefing reports. HubSpot is the CRM integration built today: with HubSpot connected, it receives the lead's contact details, the booked meeting and a lead status. How Formidable works walks through that journey, from form submit to qualification brief.
Example handoff after a conversation: what Formidable wrote to your tools, and what is left for the rep.
At a glance
- What does Formidable integrate with?
- The built integrations are HubSpot (CRM); Cal.com, Calendly and HubSpot meetings (scheduling); and Slack. Other CRMs - Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM - are on our roadmap, not built as integrations yet; until then we connect them with you during setup, so ask us what that involves for your stack. Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Chili Piper are on the roadmap too.
- Does Formidable replace my CRM?
- No. The CRM you already run stays the system of record. With HubSpot, Formidable writes each qualified lead into it: contact details, the booked meeting and a lead status. Other CRMs are connected with you during setup.
- Where does the qualification brief go?
- To your sales team, as briefing reports. Writing it into the CRM record is on the roadmap.
- How long does connecting take?
- Setup takes under 24 hours end to end, and we do it for you, alongside adding the script to your site. You don't build anything.
CRM integrations
These do the record keeping. HubSpot is the built CRM integration: Formidable writes each qualified lead into it - contact details, the booked meeting and a lead status - so every lead lands in one place and nobody works from a chat log.
- HubSpotContacts, meetings and lead status land in your HubSpot. Book through HubSpot meeting links too.
- SalesforceOn the roadmapWe connect Salesforce with you during setup. Ask us what that involves for your stack.
- PipedriveOn the roadmapWe connect Pipedrive with you during setup. Ask us what that involves for your stack.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365On the roadmapWe connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 with you during setup. Ask us what that involves for your stack.
- Zoho CRMOn the roadmapWe connect Zoho CRM with you during setup. Ask us what that involves for your stack.
On a different CRM? Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM and the rest aren't built as integrations yet. We connect them with you during setup, so ask us what that involves for your stack.
Scheduling and routing
Scheduling tools are how the agent books the meeting - it checks real availability and books an open slot while the lead is still on your site. Cal.com, Calendly and HubSpot meetings are built. Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook are not built yet, and Chili Piper, a routing tool, overlaps with Formidable rather than plugging into it.
- HubSpotContacts, meetings and lead status land in your HubSpot. Book through HubSpot meeting links too.
- Cal.comThe agent books through your Cal.com event types - real availability, an open slot, booked in the conversation.
- CalendlyThe agent checks who is free in your Calendly and puts the meeting straight into the calendar.
- Google CalendarOn the roadmapCal.com and Calendly connect to Google Calendar themselves, and the agent books through both.
- Microsoft OutlookOn the roadmapCal.com and Calendly connect to Outlook calendars themselves, and the agent books through both. Microsoft Bookings isn't built.
- Chili PiperOn the roadmapChili Piper routes and books inbound leads itself, so it overlaps with Formidable more than it plugs into it.
Keeping your team in the loop
Qualification only helps when your team hears about it straight away, in the place they already talk to each other. Slack is built; Microsoft Teams is not yet.
Where Formidable runs
Formidable is a small script on your website, so it runs wherever your site is built. You add it directly or through your tag manager, and your existing forms keep doing their job - Formidable appears after one is submitted.
- Google Tag ManagerAdd Formidable as a tag. No developer, no deploy, no change to your site's code.
- WebflowPaste the script into your site settings and publish. Your Webflow forms keep working.
- WordPressDrop the script into your theme or a tag plugin. Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms and the rest keep working.
- FramerAdd the script in your site settings and publish. Formidable picks up your Framer forms.
Built on something else? It still works. Formidable is a script tag, so any site that lets you add one can run it - and if your tag manager is the easier route, use that instead.
Formidable qualifies inbound B2B leads by replacing the static contact form with an AI sales conversation. Try the live demo.
